CONFIG_DEV_ZERO is no longer needed in some defconfig files due to
- https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/15223
This PR removes CONFIG_DEV_ZERO from the affected defconfig files:

Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

Since the size of the shadow area will change during the script merging of global variables, it will lead to unpredictable number of links. After fixing, only three links are required.

This PR adds support for Milk-V Duo S 64-bit RISC-V SBC, based on SOPHGO SG2000 SoC (T-Head C906 Core). Most of the code is derived from NuttX for Ox64 BL808. The source files are explained in the articles here: https://github.com/lupyuen/nuttx-sg2000
