1. Add "-s" to specify the path to collect gcno files
2. Add "-a" to specify the path to collect gcda files.
3. Add "-x" for copy-only operation

When some coverage files cannot be parsed correctly,
skip the current error file and continue to generate coverage report

Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.
