286d37026c drivers: migrate to SPDX identifier 
Most tools used for compliance and SBOM generation use SPDX identifiers
This change brings us a step closer to an easy SBOM generation.

72f399e052 drivers: video: add isx019 camera sensor 
The driver is provided by Spresense SDK

ISX019 has the DOL-HDR feature, which combines images with different exposure so that
both bright and dark data of high-contrast subject can be viewed at the same time.
