d8cb7759b6 arch: remove up_cpu_pause up_cpu_resume up_cpu_paused up_cpu_pausereq
reason:
To remove the "sync pause" and decouple the critical section from the dependency on enabling interrupts,
after that we need to further implement "schedlock + spinlock".
changelist
1 Modify the implementation of critical sections to no longer involve enabling interrupts or handling synchronous pause events.
2 GIC_SMP_CPUCALL attach to pause handler to remove arch interface up_cpu_paused_restore up_cpu_paused_save
  3 Completely remove up_cpu_pause, up_cpu_resume, up_cpu_paused, and up_cpu_pausereq
  4 change up_cpu_pause_async to up_send_cpu_sgi

eae57cb0e6 sched: replace sync pause with async pause for nxtask_terminate
reason:
In the kernel, we are planning to remove all occurrences of up_cpu_pause as one of the steps to
simplify the implementation of critical sections. The goal is to enable spin_lock_irqsave to encapsulate critical sections,
thereby facilitating the replacement of critical sections(big lock) with smaller spin_lock_irqsave(small lock)

9de9f8168d sched: change the SMP scheduling policy from synchronous to asynchronous
reason:
Currently, if we need to schedule a task to another CPU, we have to completely halt the other CPU,
manipulate the scheduling linked list, and then resume the operation of that CPU. This process is both time-consuming and unnecessary.

During this process, both the current CPU and the target CPU are inevitably subjected to busyloop.

The improved strategy is to simply send a cross-core interrupt to the target CPU.
The current CPU continues to run while the target CPU responds to the interrupt, eliminating the certainty of a busyloop occurring.

35c8c80a00 arch: change nxsched_suspend/resume_scheduler() called position

3a6a23d157 xtensa_mpu:Modify the specified Region attributes
Due to the xtensa mpu feature, the size of the Region depends on the Base of the next Region. e.g.
Region[1] = 0x20000000
Region[0] = 0x30000000
Then Region[1] length = Region[0] - Region[1]
So this approach is not suitable to implement the behavior of cleaning
up the Region and such a configuration will result in affecting the very beginning (the higher) Region
Therefore, to address this feature, in this change we return the Region
value and implement the ability to modify the target Region's attributes

bb4d710d62 xtensa_cache:Disable clean/flush optimization in case of SMP restriction
In a multicore task scenario, there may be a situation where the task runs on different cores at different time slices (when the task is not bound to a particular core).
When the task calls cache clean/flush(range > cache size), depending on the optimization, clean_all, flush_all are called. however, at this point, there may be dirty data or incomplete data profiles in the cache on the kernel that is running the task, which may result in dirty data being flushed into memory or make the application think that the flushed data should be successfully flushed into memory, leading to unknown consequences.

593dc946d1 esp32: add simple boot support

Reason:
In the SMP, cpu0 is already in the critical section and waiting for cpu1 to enter the suspended state.
However, when cpu1 executes arm_sigdeliver, it is in the irq-disabled state but not in the critical section.
At this point, cpu1 is unable to respond to interrupts and

adjust the logic, do not entering the critical section when interrupt-disabled.

written for other Espressif SoCs and inspired new implementations.
Eventually, these new implementations were improved and this commit
replicates these changes on the original sources.

d098c1dc87 esp32s3: add simple boot support
The Simple Boot feature for Espressif chips is a method of booting
that doesn't depend on a 2nd stage bootloader. Its not the
intention to replace a 2nd stage bootloader such as MCUboot and
ESP-IDF bootloader, but to have a minimal and straight-forward way
of booting, and also simplify the building.

This commit also removes deprecated code and makes this bootloader
configuration as default for esp32s3 targets and removes the need
for running 'make bootloader' command for it.

Other related fix, but not directly to Simple Boot:
- Instrumentation is required to run from IRAM to support it during
initialization. `is_eco0` function also needs to run from IRAM.
- `rtc.data` section placement was fixed.
- Provide arch-defined interfaces for efuses, in order to decouple
board config level from arch-defined values.
